Chef De Partie

About the role

The 74 lounge coffee spicilety is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead the hot section of its kitchen in Riyadh. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high‑quality dishes while ensuring smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes in the hot section according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Organise the hot station during service, ensuring all ingredients are ready and cooking is executed swiftly.
• Supervise and train kitchen assistants, developing their skills on the job.
• Take charge of the section in the head chef’s absence, managing the team and maintaining quality.
• Monitor food material usage to control costs and minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean workstation and enforce food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Coordinate with the broader kitchen team to guarantee efficient service and consistent dish quality.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience working in the hot section of a restaurant.
• Proven ability to prepare grilled items, sauces and both Western and Middle Eastern dishes.
• Experience in training and guiding kitchen assistants.
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP implementation.
