General Manager – Specialty Coffee & F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an established specialty coffee and food‑and‑beverage business in Riyadh. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational management to drive growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business strategies to meet revenue, profit and expansion targets.
• Lead sales, business development, partnership building and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Leverage an extensive Saudi F&B network to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations across all stores, ensuring consistency in brand standards, product quality and service excellence.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, costs and profitability.
• Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales and support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in the Saudi F&B market.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with a track record of delivering growth.
• Well‑established network of industry contacts in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
