Chief Quantity Surveyor (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Quantity Surveyor to lead the cost management function for our award‑winning team in Jeddah. The role will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of mixed‑use development projects, ensuring accurate cost control and value optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct, plan and coordinate the administrative and fiscal aspects of projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities and progress reports.
• Conduct cost analysis, planning, control and value engineering.
• Recommend procurement methods for projects.
• Apply working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
• Understand general design and construction activities for mixed‑use development projects.
• Communicate effectively and maintain successful client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Chartered status with RICS preferred.
