About the role
The company seeks a Chrome Technician to support its plastic manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting Chrome‑coated metal and steel molds, as well as providing IT support for Chrome‑based systems.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Chrome OS and Chrome‑based applications used on production lines.
- Perform troubleshooting for Windows and Linux environments, including command‑line diagnostics.
- Conduct network diagnostics and remote desktop support for on‑site equipment.
- Configure and maintain Chrome browsers and related software settings.
- Assist with JavaScript debugging related to automation scripts used in the plastic industry.
Required profile
- 10–12 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the plastic or metal‑mold industry.
- Proven background working with Chrome‑coated molds and metal/steel plating.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia; candidates must be based in India.
