Civil Engineer – Design & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and drainage systems. Working under senior engineers, you will apply civil engineering principles and modern design software to develop sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and designing civil engineering projects using CAD and modeling tools.
• Conduct field surveys and site investigations, collect and analyse data for reporting.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates in collaboration with senior staff.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings, contribute ideas for execution and problem‑solving.
• Document engineering processes and maintain accurate records for audits.
• Support continuous professional development through workshops and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, structural analysis, and design criteria.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative project evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks.
