Civil Engineer – Entry Level (0‑1 yr Experience)

About the role

The Civil Engineer will support planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of civil and construction works across development projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, safety, budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and supervision of civil and structural works on construction sites.
• Review civil drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Prepare quantity calculations, material take‑offs and BOQ preparation.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 year experience in civil engineering, construction or related projects (internship or cooperative training is a plus).
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Revit, Civil 3D or Primavera P6 (advantage).
