Civil QA/QC Engineer

About the role

This position is responsible for performing civil quality control and assurance activities on Alfanar projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications, international and national standards, and internal quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Alfanar Quality Management System and project quality plans.
• Conduct inspections and testing of civil works, materials and equipment in accordance with ITP, client specifications and standards.
• Prepare and manage quality documents such as ITP, MOS, checklists, weekly QA/QC reports and non‑conformance reports.
• Coordinate with the execution team, client, consultants and independent testing laboratories to resolve QC issues.
• Maintain quality records, logbooks and ensure calibration of inspection equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in civil QA/QC, project quality inspection and material testing.
• Proven ability to lead a team, train sub‑ordinates and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting and documentation skills.
