Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. The role involves delivering psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents and adults while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
• Evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence‑based psychological interventions and therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date clinical records and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate assessment results, treatment plans, and progress to patients and families.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid professional classification and registration with the relevant Saudi healthcare authority.
• Previous clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and continuous professional development.
