Co-Packing & Co-Manufacturing Manager

About the role

Al Rabie Saudi Foods is seeking a hands‑on Co‑Packing & Co‑Manufacturing Manager to lead its modern trade operations in the Riyadh region. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will oversee a field team of merchandisers and salesmen, ensuring flawless in‑store execution and driving sales growth across key retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, volume and distribution targets for assigned modern‑trade stores.
• Maintain full coverage of outlets according to journey plans and visit frequencies.
• Secure new product listings, expand facings and optimise shelf placement.
• Ensure planogram compliance, product freshness, and accurate pricing.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce out‑of‑stocks and manage near‑expiry inventory.
• Lead, coach and allocate territories for a team of merchandisers and salesmen.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG modern‑trade sales or merchandising.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and coverage targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
