Commercial Director — Luxury Retail Leasing

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead revenue operations for a premier luxury retail mixed‑use complex. The role focuses on achieving full occupancy, optimizing tenant performance, and expanding secondary commercial revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Close remaining occupancy against the merchandising plan.
• Manage signed tenant relationships, trading performance, and income quality.
• Oversee secondary commercial streams, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, and media assets.

Required profile

• 12 to 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in mixed‑use destinations, luxury retail or lifestyle assets.
• At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
• Proven track record of taking a live asset to full occupancy and managing ongoing tenant operations and leasing performance.
• Strong network across regional and international food‑and‑beverage and retail brands, as well as tier‑one property agencies.
• Familiarity with KSA commercial leasing regulations, municipal licensing and the Ejar system.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
