Commercial Manager

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual functions of major construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong civil engineering background and deep expertise in contracts, cost control, procurement, and claims management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities for assigned projects across KSA.
• Manage contract administration, including review, negotiation and execution.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability of projects.
• Prepare and manage variations, claims and dispute‑resolution processes.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Provide commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement and tendering activities.
• Prepare commercial reports for senior management.
• Lead the commercial team, providing guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 18 years of experience in construction/commercial management.
• Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.
• Experience on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Currently based in KSA or able to relocate immediately and work anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
