Communications & Growth Specialist

About the role

The Communications & Growth Specialist will design and execute creative growth strategies that raise brand awareness, strengthen industry presence, and generate inbound opportunities for &bouqu, an experience‑led creative and cultural consultancy. Working cross‑functionally with leadership, business development, content and creative teams, the role amplifies projects, expertise and thought leadership across relevant channels and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch growth campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and inbound enquiries.
• Network actively within Riyadh’s creative, design, cultural and business circles and build an international network of contacts.
• Identify and secure brand‑visibility opportunities such as awards, speaking engagements, publications and media interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and industry influencers; craft press releases, media pitches and communication materials.
• Position senior leadership as thought‑leaders through articles, podcasts, conferences and panel discussions.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that enhance brand positioning and expand the consultancy’s network.
• Experiment with new growth tactics, channels and community‑building approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, communications or business development within a creative or cultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to spot growth opportunities early and act decisively.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills, both locally in Riyadh and internationally.
• Proactive, creative mindset with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site presence in Riyadh with remote activities.
