Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager at SATEL shapes the social fabric of premium residential communities in Riyadh. You will design and deliver experiences that turn neighbours into a vibrant community and make a lease feel like a lifestyle choice. Your work directly influences resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a weekly schedule of events for all resident segments, including families, children, and young professionals.
• Run dedicated programming for families and children covering educational, creative, physical, and social activities.
• Contact every new resident within 72 hours of move‑in through a structured Welcome Program.
• Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, translate feedback into program improvements, and share insights with Operations and Marketing.
• Manage a resident loyalty program and build partnerships with premium local brands.
• Generate authentic community content for SATEL’s marketing channels.

Required profile

• Passion for people and community building.
• Experience in event planning, community management, hospitality, or residential experience.
• Comfort working with families, children, young professionals, and international residents.
• Proactive mindset – sensing community needs before they are voiced.
• Ability to measure success by attendance and repeat participation.
