Construction Manager – Fulfillment Centers (Riyadh)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of new fulfillment, sortation and delivery facilities across the MEATR region. Based in Riyadh, the role combines construction engineering, project management and stakeholder coordination while offering extensive travel opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction projects for new Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations and auxiliary buildings.
• Oversee renovations, retrofits and capacity expansions, ensuring schedule, cost and permitting compliance.
• Conduct deep‑dive budget reviews, resolve discrepancies, and evaluate contractor bid packages.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with developers and general contractors.
• Serve as Amazon’s primary interface with external partners and internal stakeholders, integrating construction with equipment, furnishing and operations teams.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports and design documentation for new builds and remodels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale industrial construction projects (>$20M).
• Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills for budget and schedule analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
