Construction Manager – Landscape

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead landscape construction activities across multiple sites. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and contractual standards while providing strong leadership to on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities from start to completion.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and execution strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor forces.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and work methodologies.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope, and deliverables to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify construction risks and resolve technical or site‑related issues efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and site documentation for management review.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior site leader on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations.
• Solid understanding of safety standards, quality control procedures, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and parallel work fronts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with construction planning tools (e.g., scheduling software).
