Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Content Manager to lead Aya’s content strategy across all digital channels. Based in Riyadh, you will plan, coordinate, and optimise content that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and supports rapid business growth in the modest fashion market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Create and maintain a cross‑channel content calendar.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high‑quality assets.
• Review and approve all content to ensure consistency with brand tone and guidelines.
• Manage content publishing on social media and other digital platforms.
• Monitor performance using analytics, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of content that meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Optimise content for SEO and user engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
