Contract Administration Lead

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Contract Administration Lead to head its contract administration function in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are managed efficiently, comply with local regulations, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of contract professionals, fostering best practices and professional growth.
• Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures and standardized templates.
• Review, analyse and approve contracts to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation and alignment with organisational goals.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal and amendment of vendor, supplier and client agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems for accurate record‑keeping.
• Identify potential contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement and operations to meet contract requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, track milestones, deliverables and financial obligations.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with external parties and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Resolve contract disputes and manage amendments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 + years of contract administration experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate high‑performing teams.
