Contract Management Specialist – Vendor Registration & Tendering

About the role

The Company is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to lead vendor registration, tender preparation and compliance activities across its diverse business units. The role focuses on overseas recruitment, manpower supply, heavy equipment rental and material supply services for major Saudi clients in oil & gas, EPC, construction and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor registrations on major Saudi client portals such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, NEOM, Etimad, SAP Ariba, Achilles, SupplHi and others.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, including company profiles, capability statements, equipment lists, manpower availability, HSE/QA certifications and past performance references.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations and Business Development to gather accurate pricing, BOQs, rates and supporting certificates.
• Track tender submission deadlines, renewal dates and compliance requirements using a master database of vendor codes and portal credentials.
• Respond to client queries, clarification requests and additional document submissions throughout the tendering process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor registration, pre‑qualification and tender management within Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements, Saudization, Zakat, GOSI and related certifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple portals and deadlines simultaneously.
