B2C Sales Team Lead — Cars

About the role

We are looking for a B2C Sales Team Lead to drive growth of our cars vertical. The role combines hands‑on selling with coaching a team of Sales Representatives, overseeing the full customer journey from lead generation to closing, for both cash and financing purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a B2C sales team that acquires new customers for used cars.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey – lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing and hand‑over.
• Step into complex or high‑value deals to negotiate and close them personally.
• Manage lead distribution, ensure timely first contact and disciplined follow‑up.
• Monitor conversion at each funnel stage (Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Booking → Cash/Financing → Closing → Completed Sale) and act on drop‑offs.
• Qualify customers for cash or financing paths based on affordability and basic eligibility.
• Coordinate with Operations, Showroom, Finance and other functions to remove blockers and ensure a smooth purchase experience.
• Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews, coaching, call quality checks and pipeline management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs, forecast pipeline health and highlight key obstacles.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading B2C sales teams, preferably in the automotive or used‑car sector.
• Strong track record of closing deals, both cash and financed.
• Ability to coach and develop sales representatives while handling challenging negotiations.
• Excellent analytical mindset to track funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Effective cross‑functional coordination skills.
