About the role
The Contracting Manager will lead contract operations for on‑site construction projects in Dammam, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor contract execution and resolve disputes or issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction contract management.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly beneficial.
