Contracts Manager

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Contracts Manager to join its Riyadh office. You will be responsible for overseeing construction contract administration, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and supporting smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse, and draft construction contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through close‑out, including execution, monitoring, and renewal.
• Identify contractual risks and compliance requirements, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Process change orders, amendments, and contract modifications while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance against contractual terms and address non‑compliance promptly.
• Maintain organized contract files and databases using document management systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, finance, procurement, and legal teams to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Prepare and present contract status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favourable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction contract administration.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to act as a liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, and legal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
