Contracts Manager (PMO)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a senior Contracts Manager to join its Delivery Partner team in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the bridge between project delivery and financial performance, ensuring large‑scale infrastructure contracts remain profitable, compliant, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Administer complex contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke) and ensure compliance with KSA law.
• Identify contractual and financial risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate and resolve variations, change orders, and potential disputes.
• Lead contract management activities across the portfolio to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in change‑request evaluation, documentation, and finalisation of engineering instructions and variation orders.
• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts and cost analyses for senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement to align activities with project requirements and organisational policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC contracts and Saudi Arabian legal requirements.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value contract portfolios and complex design‑build environments.
