Corporate Performance Management Specialist

About the role

Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for a Corporate Performance Management professional to drive strategic planning, performance measurement, and data‑driven insights across the organization. You will help build and maintain systems that monitor business health and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate performance management systems and tools.
• Analyze business performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to align performance goals with corporate strategy.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and facilitate performance review meetings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in corporate performance management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and performance measurement methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in performance management or business analysis are a plus.
