Crane Equipment Engineer – Jeddah

About the role

SANY Saudi Arabia is hiring a Crane Equipment Engineer to provide technical support for crane equipment, including installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role ensures safe and efficient operation of cranes across Saudi Arabia and supports both customers and internal service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SANY crane equipment, including installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system issues.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Support customers and service teams with technical troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators, technicians, and customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to resolve complex equipment issues.
• Support new crane delivery, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
• Travel to customer sites and project locations across Saudi Arabia as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Relevant experience with cranes, heavy equipment, construction machinery, or lifting equipment (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
