Creatio Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Creatio Developer to design, customize and implement solutions on the Creatio platform. The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering end‑to‑end CRM functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize applications and business processes using the Creatio platform.
• Customize Creatio solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop integrations between Creatio and third‑party systems using APIs and web services.
• Configure workflows, business rules, entities, and system settings.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Creatio applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Creatio solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team members.
• Prepare technical documentation when required.
• Stay up to date with Creatio features, releases, and development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of software development experience with a focus on Creatio.
• Valid Creatio certification (e.g., Creatio Certified Developer).
• Good knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and business process management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
