About the role

We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve concerns, complaints and service‑related issues while providing effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Process requests such as account updates, orders, returns and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback and resolutions in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Meet established service standards, performance goals and quality expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional, patient and courteous demeanor in challenging situations.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate.
