Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will provide professional, timely assistance to customers through phone, email and chat, helping to resolve inquiries and strengthen brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and educate customers on product features.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members on virtual platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience (preferred).
• Strong active listening, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset, patience and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
