About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Maintain quality standards, handle complaints with empathy, and identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed on product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, empathy, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.
