Customer Service Representative – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. The role is focused on delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for our customers across multiple channels, ensuring their needs are understood and resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through phone, email, chat, social media, in‑person and other channels.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to reporting and tracking of customer satisfaction and service performance.

Required profile

• Any educational background or relevant experience in customer service, experience, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
