About the role

This remote position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering reliable assistance, answering inquiries, and providing solutions that enhance the overall experience. The specialist will work across multiple communication channels, manage requests, and document interactions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and service requests.
• Accurately document all interactions within the support system.
• Investigate issues, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate unresolved matters according to established procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and adhere to service policies and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
• Achieve individual and team service performance targets.
