Cyber Security Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead strategic security initiatives across trading, forex, brokerage and broader financial services platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of mission‑critical systems while meeting regulatory and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver cybersecurity projects for trading, forex and brokerage environments.
• Manage initiatives covering IAM, PAM, SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, DLP, cloud, network, zero‑trust and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Application Development, Risk, Compliance and business teams.
• Integrate security controls into trading platforms, payment gateways, client portals, APIs, mobile apps and cloud services.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, MSSPs, penetration‑testing providers and manage contracts.
• Run vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, security audits and remediation activities.
• Lead cyber‑resilience, business continuity, disaster‑recovery and incident‑response readiness projects.
• Produce project plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance reports and executive dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 8+ years of project‑management experience, including delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience in trading, forex, brokerage or financial‑services environments.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams, external vendors and senior stakeholders.
