Cybersecurity Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Sales Manager to drive the growth of our security portfolio in Riyadh. The role bridges complex technical solutions with critical business needs, helping clients protect their digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the cybersecurity market.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing high‑value enterprise deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging technical expertise to understand client security challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and engineering teams to deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives such as CISOs and CIOs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving cyber threats to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity).
• Minimum 7 + years of experience combining a solid technical background with proven IT and technical sales success.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including network security, cloud security architecture, endpoint protection, and risk‑management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, manage a robust pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
