Data & AI Project Manager

About the role

The Data & AI Project Manager will lead post‑sales projects through to completion, coordinating resources, budgets and performance metrics. This role ensures that AI‑driven initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Visit sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure safety compliance, and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, work with finance to control expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide status updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop the project team, conduct performance reviews and plan succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience.
