Director Devices Management

About the role

The Director Devices Management will lead Mobily’s device portfolio strategy, aligning with manufacturers and corporate goals to drive revenue and market differentiation. This senior position oversees the full lifecycle of device offerings, from market analysis and business case development to launch and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans with device manufacturers, including joint promotions and unique business propositions.
• Forecast, budget, and track revenue, cost, subsidies, and profitability on a monthly basis.
• Analyse market trends, provide competitive insights, and generate concept papers for new device products.
• Identify new devices, build business cases, and ensure feasibility using channel profitability and BI data.
• Support the CLM team and special projects by conducting feasibility studies and assessing product potential.
• Coordinate product implementation, launch processes, and cross‑functional teams to bring devices to market.
• Lead special projects such as device trade‑in, buy‑back, leasing, and upgrades.
• Drive device penetration across customer segments to increase ARPU, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
• Report on device launches and special projects, providing profit margin analysis and win‑loss assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in device portfolio or product management within the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market differentiation.
