Director of Development Financial Analysis

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead financial analysis for its development projects. As Director of Development Financial Analysis, you will guide investment decisions, ensure financial viability, and align projects with the company’s long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage financial analysis and planning for all development initiatives, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct in‑depth feasibility studies to evaluate the financial soundness of proposed projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather accurate data for analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigation strategies.
• Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and best practices in development and real‑estate financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 12–16 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within development or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
