Director of Finance – Hospitality Cluster

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance is a senior member of the hotel portfolio leadership team, responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, procurement, planning and reporting across multiple properties. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the role partners with ownership and hotel leaders throughout pre‑opening, opening, stabilization and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cluster‑wide financial strategy aligned with ownership objectives and brand standards.
• Lead all finance‑related pre‑opening activities, including budgets, system implementation and accounting set‑up.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and treasury management for the hotel portfolio.
• Manage accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax compliance and internal control functions.
• Implement procurement controls, monitor spend and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Previous hospitality experience, preferably multi‑property or cluster finance.
• Proven pre‑opening finance experience and strong commercial acumen.
