E-Commerce Sales Specialist

About the role

Bostani, a premium provider of luxury chocolates and gifts, is looking for an E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to lead and grow its online sales channels in Dammam. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless digital shopping experience that reflects the brand’s high‑end positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Bostani e‑commerce website, ensuring a user‑friendly experience.
• Develop, implement and optimise online sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Create and maintain product listings, including compelling descriptions, imagery, pricing and information.
• Analyse traffic and sales data, generate performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute SEO, email and social media campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels online to prevent stockouts.
• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service for online enquiries, orders, payments and deliveries.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce or digital sales, preferably in luxury goods, retail or food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective online sales strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM and email marketing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset committed to delivering a premium brand experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
