About the role
Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the efficient operation of all facilities, equipment, and systems across its property. The role ensures safety, quality, and performance standards are met while enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train, and guide the engineering team to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel systems and equipment.
- Oversee proper operation and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems.
- Monitor structural integrity, elevators, water systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance request workflow to minimise guest disruption.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure functional systems in guest rooms, kitchens, conference areas, and public spaces.
