English‑Arabic Translator (Business & Technical)

About the role

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is seeking a professional English‑Arabic Translator to support its consultancy and policy projects. You will work on a variety of business and technical documents, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations that preserve the original meaning and tone.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client proposals, presentations, internal documents and other business‑related materials between English and Arabic.
• Proofread and edit translations for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of linguistic and cultural nuances in both languages.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to translate client proposals and related materials.
• Liaise with project teams to understand specialized concepts and deliver precise translations.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Saudi Arabian citizen.
• Minimum 2 years of experience translating business or technical content between English and Arabic, preferably in management consultancy or professional services.
• Deadline‑driven, organized and able to handle multiple projects.

Required skills

• English‑Arabic translation of business and technical documents.
