Enterprise Risk Lead

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Lead is responsible for implementing Risk Data Aggregation and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems, maintaining the bank's risk architecture, and acting as the successor and backup to the section head.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and improve policies, processes and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work.
• Maintain functional, technical and data architectures for ERM.
• Design and implement a Risk Data Aggregation framework (BCBS 239) aligned with the bank’s strategy.
• Deploy and sustain ERM system architecture and solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, Business Technology and vendors for timely implementation and integration of ERM tools.
• Conduct assessments of current ERM state and execute roadmap initiatives.
• Manage the OBIEE platform for risk reporting.
• Prepare and present departmental reports in compliance with bank policies.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics (post‑graduate preferred).
• 6‑8 years of experience in the banking sector within Enterprise Risk and System/Security Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Risk Architecture, IT Architecture or Security Architecture.
