Entry-Level IT Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a technically‑savvy Business Development Executive to help expand our IT services and consulting portfolio. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent Computer Science graduate who wants to combine technical knowledge with client‑facing sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries.
• Initiate contact through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings and eventually run your own sales cycles.
• Participate in discovery calls to capture technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to scope solutions and draft proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in the Odoo CRM.
• Prepare presentations, quotes and follow‑up communications.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Genuine interest in technology sales and client engagement.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable reaching out to new contacts.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo CRM.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
