Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of Elegantia Clinics in Jeddah. The role involves managing the clinic’s calendar, handling communications, welcoming patients, and assisting management with research and report preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinic calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing administrative support.
• Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
• Assist in preparing reports and conducting administrative research.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies.
• Support the team with daily administrative tasks and workflow coordination.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
