Financial Analyst

About the role

Syarah is transforming the car‑buying experience across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East through a fully digital platform. The Financial Analyst will own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, partnering with cross‑functional teams to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets using zero‑based and incremental techniques and consolidate business‑unit forecasts into a company‑wide plan.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and industry benchmarks, delivering variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Produce monthly reporting, dashboards and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Develop ad‑hoc financial models to aid decision‑making for business units.
• Maintain documentation, analysis packs and information for external stakeholders.
• Coordinate manpower budgeting with HR and support long‑, medium‑ and short‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or FMVA are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Power Query.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
