Freelance Project Coordinator – Riyadh

About the role

Our Kuwait‑based company is managing a logistical support project for military personnel in Riyadh. We are seeking a reliable Freelance Project Coordinator based in Riyadh to act as our local representative and oversee day‑to‑day operations, including accommodation, vehicle and telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company locally and liaise with the Kuwait management team.
• Arrange and manage accommodation rentals for project personnel.
• Coordinate vehicle rentals, delivery, collection, maintenance and replacements.
• Procure and administer SIM cards and telecommunications services.
• Issue and manage fuel cards for project use.
• Inspect accommodation and vehicle sites, resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to personnel requests and operational problems.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and replacements of assets.
• Provide regular status reports to management in Kuwait.
• Identify reliable local suppliers, negotiate rates and ensure confidentiality of project information.

Required profile

• Resident of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in project coordination, logistics, facilities or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and service providers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow‑up effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Saudi driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
• Valid Saudi residence authorization where applicable.
