Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist at Nua-Fit is the first point of contact for members and visitors in our Jeddah fitness centre. Working full‑time on‑site, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with member enquiries and support the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, manage check‑ins, appointments and walk‑ins.
• Handle member registrations, process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Answer phone calls and digital messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.
• Coordinate with trainers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keep the reception area organized, tidy and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional communication skills.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front‑desk roles, preferably in a fitness, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties and work efficiently in a busy setting.
• Professional appearance, reliability and a high sense of confidentiality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or membership management systems.
