General Manager - SaaS

About the role

The General Manager – SaaS will lead the company’s commercial and market expansion in Saudi Arabia. This senior position combines commercial leadership, government relations, and team building to establish the firm as a trusted local player across multiple financial‑technology business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the company as a leading financial solutions platform in Saudi Arabia, building reputation with banks, fintechs, regulators and ecosystem partners.
• Own revenue growth across collections, recoveries, an enterprise SaaS platform, and structured portfolio solutions.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintech lenders, BNPL providers and other financial institutions.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles, negotiate high‑value contracts and drive commercial negotiations.
• Build and lead the Saudi leadership team across commercial, operations and partnerships, recruiting and developing high‑performing local talent.
• Define and embed the company’s culture and operating standards in the Kingdom.
• Work closely with regulators and policymakers to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Own the Saudi P&L, align local operations with the global technology platform and coordinate with product, engineering and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience in financial services or fintech environments.
• Strong network and relationships with banks, fintech companies, regulators and government entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility.
• Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
