Guest Relations Supervisor

About the role

Join InterContinental The Red Sea Resort as a Guest Relations Supervisor and be the face of the guest journey. You will ensure every interaction, from arrival to departure, reflects IHG’s luxury standards and creates memorable experiences for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with personalized check‑in and check‑out services.
• Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Manage VIP guests, loyalty members, and special occasions to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Support daily front office tasks such as room changes, special requests, and reservation issues.
• Handle guest concerns, own service recovery, and follow‑up promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
• Promote IHG One Rewards and other brand initiatives.
• Perform cashier duties, including payments, floats, and folio management when required.
• Uphold a professional presence in the lobby and front desk area.
• Monitor service quality and communicate feedback to management.
• Guide front office colleagues to ensure consistent standards.
• Participate in training sessions, briefings, and team meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in guest relations or front office within a luxury or upscale hotel.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
