About the role

As a Guest Services Associate – Front Office at Rosewood Red Sea, you will be a key ambassador delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure, ensuring exceptional experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, room assignments, guest profiles, and payment transactions with accuracy.
• Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve requests or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Promote resort facilities, experiences, and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, operational compliance, and accurate cashiering and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering intuitive, personalized service.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, or a similar guest‑facing hospitality role.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident and professional communication with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Calm under pressure and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable using hotel operating systems and technology platforms while maintaining accurate records.
