Head Waiter

About the role

The Head Waiter leads the dining floor at KRAIV, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous and accurate service. Based in Jeddah, this full‑time, on‑site position coordinates the waitstaff, works closely with kitchen and bar teams, and upholds the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage table assignments and reservations.
• Supervise order taking, food delivery and coordination with kitchen and bar.
• Monitor table settings, cleanliness and overall dining‑room presentation.
• Resolve service issues professionally and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach waitstaff on service standards and health‑safety procedures.
• Assist guests with menu explanations, recommendations and special requests.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Previous supervisory or lead‑waiter experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar setting.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
