Hotel Manager

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead operations at one of its airport hotels. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence and financial performance in line with brand standards and Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing feedback.
• Implement and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
• Track financial performance, manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance to review P&L statements and take corrective actions.
• Plan manpower, schedule staff, and drive productivity.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel teams.
